1.1. The website focusfin.co.il, including all sub-domains, applications, information channels and accompanying digital services operated by the group (together: "the site" or "the system"), are operated by Focus Radar Ltd. (the "Company").

1.2. The system is an information system that grants subscribers access to data, news and business information from the capital market (the "Services"). These terms of use apply to all digital assets and services operated by the group.

1.3. Use of the system, its content and the services offered within it is subject to acceptance of these terms. The act of purchasing and using the system constitutes a declaration that the user has read these terms, understood their content and agreed to them.

1.4. These terms apply equally to all genders; any use of the masculine form is for convenience only.

2.1. Unequivocal clarification: the content, analyses, reports and information appearing in the system are for informational and educational purposes only.

2.2. The information provided must not be regarded as a recommendation, an opinion or investment advice of any kind. The content is not a substitute for investment advice tailored to the data and particular needs of any individual, and must not be relied upon as such.

2.3. The Company does not hold a licence for investment advice under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 1995.

2.4. The user declares that any financial action they take is at their sole responsibility, and hereby waives any claim against the Company for financial damage allegedly caused as a result of reliance on the content.

3.1. Purchases on the site and use of the services are permitted only to users aged 18 or over.

3.2. When making a purchase, the user declares that they are over 18 and that they hold a valid credit card belonging to them.

4.1. The service provided is a digital service (SaaS / information service).

4.2. Delivery time: immediately upon approval of the transaction by the credit card company, the subscriber receives access to the system and/or a dedicated link to join the information channels (according to the subscription purchased). Delivery is immediate and electronic. No physical products are shipped. The confirmation and invoice are sent to the email address provided at registration.

4.3. The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from technical reasons beyond its control, such as internet server failures or other technical malfunctions.

4.4. Nevertheless, the Company will make every effort to resolve any issue promptly.

5.1. Cancellation of a transaction is carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

5.2. Renewing subscription: the subscription is a monthly renewing subscription. The user may cancel it at any time.

5.3. How to cancel: notice of cancellation may be given to the Company by email at info@focusfin.co.il, or by phone / WhatsApp at +972-52-4498955.

5.4. Effect of cancellation: upon receipt of the cancellation notice, the next monthly charge is stopped. Access to the system continues until the end of the period already paid for (the end of the current billing cycle).

5.5. Where a transaction is cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase (and before substantial use has been made of the service), the customer will be refunded in accordance with law, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower.

6.1. The Company respects user privacy and is committed to safeguarding the information in its possession.

6.2. Collection of information: upon purchase, details such as name, phone number and email address may be collected. Credit card details are not stored on the Company's systems but are transmitted directly to secure PCI-DSS compliant processing by the external clearing company.

6.3. Use of information and disclosure to third parties: the Company undertakes not to use the details of registered users other than for operating the site, contacting the customer and providing the purchased service. The Company undertakes not to transfer customer details to any third party (other than the credit card company for clearing purposes), unless required to do so by judicial order or by law.

6.4. The Company takes customary precautions in order to preserve, as far as possible, the confidentiality of the information.

6.5. However, in circumstances beyond its control and/or resulting from force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the customer if such information is lost, reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorisation.

7.1. All copyright and intellectual property rights in the focusfin.co.il site and in all of the group's services — including the brand name, site design, computer code, databases, information sources, media, original content and the information provided — are the exclusive property of the Company.

7.2. Prohibition on distribution and copying: it is strictly prohibited to copy, duplicate, photograph, distribute, publish or transfer to any third party any part of the services, including copying information, system features, screenshots and distributing content delivered through the platform and the various information channels (including but not limited to Telegram, WhatsApp, email and any other distribution channel), without the Company's prior written consent. The subscription is personal and non-transferable.

8.1. The services are offered AS-IS. The Company makes considerable efforts to ensure that the information is accurate and reliable (using verification and control mechanisms), but errors, disruptions or inaccuracies may occur.

8.2. The Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of use of the service and/or a product purchased on the site.

8.3. Any information provided or content appearing in the system does not constitute professional advice, a recommendation or an opinion. Responsibility for the use of the information rests with the user alone.
